Renge means "lotus flower" in Japanese. Renge spoons are a type of spoon widely used in Asia and most commonly in Japan where they are also known as ramen spoons.

This is a set of five perforated stainless steel renge spoons, great for fishing out meat, corn, tofu or other ingredients in hot pot dishes or ramen. It can also be used for scooping and serving ingredients from bowls or pots.
