At Japanese Taste, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of authentic Japanese goods. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the items are protected for international transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or ship the parcel via a tracked mail service to our processing facility in Osaka, Japan.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
